Shipping policy

ATHÉR delivers to every governorate in Egypt. This policy explains our shipping fees, delivery times, and how payment and delivery work.

Shipping zones and fees

The fees below cover a shipment of up to 3 kg:

Zone 2	Qalyubia, Gharbia, Sharqia, Monufia, Faiyum, Beheira, Dakahlia, Damietta, Kafr El Sheikh, Port Said, Ismailia, Suez, North Sinai, Red Sea, and any governorate not listed in the other zones	EGP 60
Zone 3	Beni Suef, Minya, Asyut, Sohag, Qena, Luxor, Aswan	EGP 100
Zone 4	New Valley, Matrouh, South Sinai	EGP 125

Shipments over 3 kg

EGP 20 is added for each additional kilogram above the first 3 kg, and any part of an additional kilogram counts as a full kilogram. This additional charge is not currently calculated automatically at checkout. If your shipment weighs more than 3 kg, we will contact you to confirm the final shipping fee before dispatch.

Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order whose products total EGP 5,000 or more after discounts and before the shipping fee, whatever its weight.

Delivery time

Orders usually arrive within 3 to 5 calendar days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Delivery may occasionally take longer for reasons beyond our control, such as weather, public holidays or other unforeseen circumstances.

Cash on delivery

Payment is currently cash on delivery only. The shipping fee is collected together with the order total on delivery.

Receiving your order

Shipments cannot be inspected before delivery is accepted. If delivery is refused or cannot be completed, the order is returned to ATHÉR.
